K.b Real estate's history
K.B Real Estate Co. Ltd. was founded for one main purpose: to provide easy access to professional real estate advice at an affordable price.
After the hassle of buying his first house in 1981, founder Kenneth Beckles wanted to provide a service to the public that allowed a less stressful and difficult time in acquiring real estate. He wanted to provide a service that eliminated for its clients all the troubles he encountered in his first experience of purchasing real estate.

His vision was to create a ‘one stop shop’ for all real estate solutions but due to legal restrictions the current setup was born. As a result, we now provide referal services to other real estate professionals.
Some of our affiliates now include Attorneys, Land Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, and Contractors.
We offer expert services in Real Estate and Equipment valuation with over 50 thousand valuations done to date and our work being internationally recognized
We make it as easy as possible for our clients by going above and beyond to meet their needs and time, making it easier for payments and deliveries to be made, and working around the clock to ensure we deliver the highest quality work at all times all under one roof.

This firm therefore provides a strong network of other real estate professionals through its referral services. Designated Commissioned Land Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, etc., together with K.B. Real Estate provide package deals for purchasing, development, building expansion, property management, refinancing, etc., saving you time and money.
